Good Customer service received

I am a new client with VOX Fibre, and have to say i was skeptical in the beginning before i signed up. After being a client for 2 months and having had 1 issue that was resolved within an hour of reporting it. I am really impressed with the service i have been receiving form the entire VOX team from sales right through to the accounts department..

From my experience i would recommend these guys as they are really on the ball to provide a service, i have seen people complaining here on hello peter about issues and i believe some of these issues are indeed genuine and others are just cause of being impatient or not happy with the outcome results.
