Frustrating 😤 Poor Service

Frustrating 😤 to say the least. I am paying 899.00 for a service that is down 1/4 of the damn month. A 50gig line when I have a 0gig line well ain't that lovely. They are always having issues with there Fibre line being Vumatel and the best part is vumatel doesn't have a support line so they will only read messages via a portal from there middle man such as Vox, etc if they want to.. Like. I was down from Wednesday last week today being the Monday of the following week...and because it was the weekend no one attended to my ticket 🎫 VOX***5 vumatel ticket 🎫 ISP-987839. No one called me to ask me anything, I had to keep on calling Vox to find out what is happening ND on top of that while speaking to an agent my call gets cut off 3 times from my 8 calls made to them and not even a call back. I had to use my cell phone data to do what I need to do during this time needless to day there is no compensation for that from Vox...they are becoming like thr load shedding system where you pay for something you haven't used
