Frustrating

I have been waiting a week for someone from Vox to contact me and arrange installation of the router. Vumatel came to install our lines, which are up and running. I mailed all the relevant information to Vox on Friday, and I called them yesterday and gsve them the information. Still no communication from Vox. All i want is my router and active internet.
