Frustrated with the whole service, I need this resolved
I paid what was outstanding and I reinstated my debit order. I spoke to an agent who said my line would be opened and the cancelation fee would be retracted. I had to call again on the 05 May 2023 and it was then exelated and was told my line would be opened.
To my surprise last week I received a brand new router and I have a functioning on at home.
This week I receive a bill of over R2000 which is supposed to be a cancelation fee. Which confuses me. I now call today with this query at 15h55 get through to Aviwe who transfers me to debtors and no answer there. I need this resolved. Otherwise I'll not be interested in vox because that is not what was communicated to me.

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was being investigated.
We can confirm that the service had been re-instated and a credit has been allocated to the account for the cancellation charge.
In the event of an outstanding account, Vox does notify the customer in advance of the default in payment, notice of intention to suspend the account and confirmation of suspension of said account should the account not have been settled.
If an account remains in default, Vox has no alternative but to cancel the agreement with the customer.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the billing, arrears and suspension process is included in the Subscriber agreement sent with the Quotation for the services.
