Frustrated Vox Customer

I’ve been with Vox since Covid and I’ve never experienced any issues with their Fixed LTE on MTN! All of a sudden nothing works!

I’ve sent emails and call their call centre with no assistance. *******!

Please confirm the cell number and delivery address , our courier partner , Skynet is struggling to get hold of you on the nominated cell number.
