I would just like to name Adriaan Buitendag for sorting out my issue that I have had with Vox. I move to a new place and did request an order before moving to the new place. When I have move in, there was already a fibre line installed. While struggling to activate the line on my name with support, I managed to speak to Adriaan and he sorted out the issue for me.
