From Call Center to Management Pooooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrr Service

I had a Wi-Fi contract with Vox, October 2022 I decided to cancel it then I was told I have to serve 30 days notice pay for November and then pay a cancellation fee of R500 I did just that and I have proof of payments. I then called their call center to check if my payments are reflecting they confirmed they received payment and they will continue with the cancellation., the lady I spoke to further asked if I will be keeping the device if yes then I will need to pay R1500 for that device and if no I will either need to bring the device to their nearest branch or pay a courier fee for them to come collect it i then opted for courier then the lady said I will be receiving a call from them regarding the collection and payments for courier that was November 2022. 24 February 2023 I then called them to find out if my account is cancelled or not as I kept receiving statements from them saying I owe R1500 for the device that I since waited for them to come collect the person I spoke to then said that I need to make an urgent payment of R290 towards the courier and then they will arrange for the device to be collected. I made a payment immediately after I spoke to them and called them back again to confirm I was asked to email POP and I did that till today I am still waiting for them to come and collect when I call them they keep referring me to their to their accounts clerk who is apparently working from home but her phone is never answered nor her emails now they have handed me over for the same device that I paid courier for I keep being harassed by Vericred with their emails and calls and I keep telling them to go back to the ****** vox for explanations. Month end April I finally got through their so called hard working Accounting clerk after 2months of trying to call her she then promised this will be sorted I have her name and proof of emails she then told me she will log it with the courier for collection the following week of the 5th May. I was home the whole week even when I leave my parents are always home as they are pensioners so there’s no way they were going to get house to let surprisingly on the 15th May 2023 I get an email from her (Accounts clerk)saying the courier attempted to collect with no luck I then tried to call her to understand how but as always she didn’t answer I then rep**** to her email telling her I never received any missed call not even a text from the courier so where did they attempt to collect and why didn’t they call me if they got lost she never rep**** to my email 2 weeks after I call her again toward month end of May I managed to get her I gave her my account number she then said sorry she made a mistake the email she sent me was for another customer who happens to have the same name as me mine it shows it was collected on their side and I said but how because I still have the device with me and I still receive calls and emails from the company you guys handed me over to for the same device she then said she will give it her attention or I can bring the device to their branch I said not a chance I paid for courier for a reason otherwise I would have opted for drop off and on top of that she said I wont be refunded the money I paid for them to collect it even if I decide to bring it myself she then said she will arrange again with courier its funny how their courier guys are all over chesanyamas and malls but when they are paid to collect they are never available

06 June I sent her an email to ask how far are they with my query she never rep**** on the 17th July 2023 I sent her an email again telling her am taking this to hello peter I got an out of office message then I sent the same email to their customer service box and to their accounts department which I ask myself if a big company like them is banking only on 1 person to do their accounts if she is not available the whole world must stand still till today no one bothered to call the only call I get is from ****en Vericred for Vox account that was handed over to them Can I have this sorted out ASAP and they must remove my name from Vericred and collect this device
