From bad to amazing service

What a horrible experience with sales reps Lorenzo knight at Vox, this guy was so dishonest, ghosting us as loyal customers, not caring if we were sorted out or not, we ended up canceling out service with Vox but then the light at the end of the tunnel was bright. I can surely say that my trust was won by Matthew Bowers, such an amazing, honest, reliable rep. He stuck to his word and produced. Always keeping us updated and ensuring that we were connected again quickly. He went above and beyond for us. Gavin Thomas who came to install out router and set up everything was just as amazing. He was kind and apologetic eventhough our bad experience was not his fault. He was so quick and efficient, making sure we were happy at the end. Thank you Matthew and Gavin, we appreciate your great work. Vox has kept a customer because of the two of you.
