I have had an issue struggling to get in touch with TT Connect to install our Fibre during the lockdown. When I called VOX I had spoken to a gentlemen by the name of Werner Labuschagne, he was super helpful and friendly during these frustrating times. He assisted me in ways other employees hadn't tried.
