"Free Installation" - 1 year later? Surprise surprise...

So, a year later I start getting spammed by Vumatel to pay my installation fee of R1725.00. After contacting Vox numerous times and sending them any and all correspondence from Vumatel regarding this fee, I am now liable to pay this fee regardless of the entire sales pitch of free installation.

After scratching and being told that Vox paid the installation fee into my account (which was not the case), and then being told that the fee was credited from my account in May, without informing me of anything.

Why advertise free installation if I will be responsible for the payment thereof??

Time to cancel this bad boy.
