**********! 5 months R3000 down the drain... still no fiber. PATHETIC!

The website is inaccurate. The service delivery is poor. The customer service is pathetic. Internal communications appear non-existent. I won't bore anyone with the details but we are currently waiting on our 5th month since signing up. Our fiber has finally been installed ... for 2 weeks now... but no one is getting back to us on a router and our emails are ignored unless we CC our lawyer. Using LTE to work during lock down, and Vox failing to deliver on multiple promises has cost us over R3000 to date. Pathetic.
