Foxed by Vox

So, I decided to go with Fibre and through the Vumatel website I selected Vox as the ISP as they offered free installation as part of the deal - went for the 20up20down - Vumatel installed on Friday the 30th November and said that they will send me a reference number that I need to give to Vox once I have received the email. On Monday 3th December I went back onto the vumatel website and saw that I had to accept the promotion which was still reflecting on Monday 3rd December 2018 so I accepted the order but did not hear back from vumatel - Luckily for me I took a screen shot on Monday at 10.53am showing that the promotion was still active. I called vox this morning only to be told that they don't have any record of my order and that I must pay for all of the installation costs - VOX - If this is how you treat your customers before they`ve even made use of your service I can`t begin to imagine the quality of service you offer your existing customers - Terrible service
