FOX VOX

Since cancelling a data LTE service more than a year ago, I have been paying R50 for the router which I don't use. I cancelled the service, and was contacted by an agent to say that the cancellation is through and that there will be no charge for January. Great I thought until I received 2 emails informing me of charges for collection, more than double the rate of other courier companies and now an additional cancellation charge. So they're trying to basically fleece 12 months rental from me for a service that I cancelled last year. I have cancelled all my other services with them with immediate effect. Unfortunately for Vox, I had them on the short list for a client who wishes to use their basket of services, Vox is now removed.

Hello Peter should introduce a minus button, perhaps for a donation, as one star or no star is far too kind for what I am experiencing right now. Its not the money, its the principle and I am afraid to say it is now evident that principle is lacking. I have recommended Vox to so many people, no more!

Their Voip product was such a disaster, we dropped so many calls and lost so many clients in the process. Best to go for MTNs R299 unlimited call offering for R120 more or Melons R199 offering.

I will ship the product back at my cost using DHL or Courier Guy. Amarex who Vox used when delivering the router arrived the following day after scheduling a time on the previous day with them. I had to contact their offices to make arrangements, even offering to collect it myself. Thats been my experience so far...lousy.
