Foolishly been taken advantage of

As an Absa Internet Access client and since that merge I have subscribed to Vox Telecom for many years for a simple basic absamail email address which is just a secondary address. I have tried to enquire why I am paying so much each month for a basic email address and there is an annual fee increase. I am currently paying R93.96 and because of a problem with my account the debit order was rejected and Vox want to charge me a R35.31 admin fee. Only today I have found out that I can downgrade to absamail stand alone @R20 per month. No where on your website under Vox Mail package pricing does it show anything for R93.96 . Please explain why I have been paying a higher cost for all these years.
