Flipping pathetic service from vox

You can never get ahold of anyone at vox they are pathetic. They sent me a router without knowing the fitting thats already mounted on the wall. The router fittings are completely different and does not fit. I am being billed yet no one can help me. I want to cancel right now but who the hell do i speak to.
