Flippen bad service

Absolutely disgusting service! Out of 23 days only about 7 days service. We have spent an enormous amount of money calling to report or complain as well as enormous amounts of additional data in order to work. We do not receive feedback or reply. When discussing some sort of refund we were advised it is not policy. Paying for full month service without service then you have to pay another month in order to cancell on top of spending additional money to call and get data. Bad does not describe the service. I would not recommend Vox and Frogfoot at all!!!! You are just taking money without rendering proper service!!!!!
