Fix my account

I was sold a 2 months free deal by William Ratladi. Everything was going well till my services were switched off due to an unpaid amount which I disputed from the time i received the invoice because i signed a 2 months free deal. I complained and was put through the accounts department and spoke to Nashiefa Thompson. I asked them to resolve the matter but I keep getting invoices with a R216.33 which i had an issue with. I am not willing to pay this amount as this is an amount that cancels the agreement i signed because of their internal issues. I keep calling and sending emails that are now ignored. I will pay R649 only nothing more nothing less. My account number is ***
