Immediate payments can no longer be unsuspended when providing proof of payment? Why do I have to wait 24hours. Hope i won't be billed for the 24hours. Please fix my account.

Due to necessary changes in the billing environment, your account will only be unsuspended once the payment has been allocated to your account.
A proof of payment or immediate EFT payment will not lift a suspension on your account until the payment has been allocated.
Do note that payments may take up to 24 hours to be allocated to your account.
To avoid unnecessary delays in activation of services, we urge you to make use of the Vox Customer Portal or Vox App to make payments for cash Accounts.
The Vox Accounts Department is available from Monday’s to Friday’s between 08:00 am and 17:00 pm
