Our fibre line is down in ladysmith 1s again without prior notice,the service is extremely bad for the pass year numerous times the fibre goes down for days but yet service providers expect us too pay full.how dishonest nd disheartening is this

28 Jul 2024, 17:24Thank you I have received a call nd a small stated that they have a turn around time of 72 business hours this is unacceptable I can be offline for the entire week just imagine I would be still expected to pay my monthly installment in full
