First Call Resolution!
I just want to express my gratitude towards Dru from Vox Client Service for giving me the best Customer experience. I had made payments towards my account and in error used the incorrect reference number. I struggled for 2 days to have the payments allocated, until I reached Dru. Within 5 min my issue was sorted. 5 Stars for first call resolution to Dru. Amazing service! Thank you Dru from Vox!
