Fighting with Telkom to be the most *********** !
I'm a Vox existing client ! From last week,, I try to upgrade my satellite package with a voice phone option, a Mission !<br> Each time, I spoke with 15/20 \consultants without any results ! Some don't even know the International Phonetic Alphabet and choice a short way "You are not Vox customer\"" ! Some give me the name of my account Manager (never the same) + the direct manager line who never replies !<br> If someone @ Vox is able to help me"
