Fibre to the home - don't even try it.

Pathetic service. Placed my order on 20 March. Sent Rica documents. Was informed that everything is successful and that I just need to wait for installation which is being provisioned. Cancelled my adsl. When I followed up on my Vox fibre order I was informed that fibre is still in the planning stages for my area, although I know my neighbours already have fibre and when I placed my order (and on Vox's site) I was informed that fibre is available. Now I am without internet during lockdown as Vox lead me to believe that I can cancel my Telkom adsl because the installation of fibre is imminent. I am going back to Telkom - even they are superior to Vox. Also struggled to get operators who could help me and emails to the VOX query mail address go unanswered. Worst ISP ever!
