Fibre to Home Line Release - Mission Impossible

Been a client for almost 5.5 years on Fibre to Home. Experienced drop in Internet connection for the last 4 weeks and had endless calls with Technical Support (when they actually do pick up), followed up by me, when advised they will come back to me. After two weeks of struggle cancelled my month-to-month contract and request immediate line release in order to connect with an alternative ISP. Received official email from VOX Cancellation Department that line was released, only to be telephonically informed by the same Vox staff member the following day that I have to wait until the 20th November 2023. Emails to Info and Support addresses on the matter, no response to date. On the 20th November, done three follow up calls on line release, today 21st November line still not released. Escalated the matter further within the Cancellation Department via direct email and telephonic discussion, yet only to be informed that feedback will be supp**** and still waiting... From the date that cancellation was confirmed, had no Fibre to Home Internet service from Vox, paid 60% more than monthly FTH fees on data to keep my home/business/security system up and running via an alternative LTE service. Vox’s vision for superior service certainly attained, for service not rendered and complete disrespect for long term, up-to-date Customer account.
