Fibre relocation
I am trying to have my Fibre moved from my old adress to the new adress since 1st week in December 2023, I was told to log the cancellation to have the services moved and they will log the new call for the Fibre to be moved to my new adress. I received an invoice of the cancellation and no feedback on the re-installtion of the internet services. I need the billing resolved as I need to make payment but cannot due the relocating of the Fibre

As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
The element of the Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address set out in the Subscriber Agreement with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. Accordingly, the provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Notwithstanding that the cancellation is necessitated by relocation, Vox needs to recover such costs associated with such cancellation.
Please note that the details of your complaint has been sent to the debtors team to investigate the matter and assist.

I called into the call centre trying to have the services moved to another premises and I do not want to have it canceled I use it to work from home can the services be carried over at the new address and continue to pay my monthly fee.

My point is why do I have to pay for the relocation of the Fibre, your clause states services to stay active in 12 months not the services should be 12 months on the same place I ****EN MOVED INTO THE HOUSE I BOUGHT AND NOW I NEED THE FIBRE MOVED NOW I you want to recover that fees from me? I will be taking this further ****ED OFF I dont need it canceled but moved to my new address so i can make the payment for the monthly supscription.
