Fibre line installation delay

I placed an order for a new fibre line in my new home on 5 Feb 2024. I went through the entire process and accepted my order and was told that in the last week of Feb Vumatel would come and install the fibre box and Vox will activate my new fibre by 1 March. I contacted Vox the week before the move to find out if everything was still in order and was told, my line installation was cancelled and I was not going to have fibre. I was then told the projects team of Vox incorrectly placed my order and I must wait for Vumatel. I cannot wait. I have now been following up every day to no answer and I need the fibre to be installed because I work from home and this is affecting my livelihood. I have also tried to phone multiple times and noone has the correct answers, I need this line installed as a matter of urgency as I requested this a month ago. The Vox agent has been great but not the answers or service he is getting for me.
