FIBRE LINE DOWN SINCE 12/11/2022
I am very disappointed after being a customer for 4 years, this is the type of service...which is non existant up till now. I have no wifi connection for 4 days, up to now, no one called me to address the matter, i hav logged more than 5 calls now, just get mails back saying they acknowledge my request, and that is it. i have tried so many times to call your help line, non existant, nobody picks up! i am really very shocked by the way you are handling customers, if this is only my experience, how many other people feels the same than me, i even went as far to send my request to the fibre department, still, up to now, nobody have called me, sorry to say this, but if this is the way you treat your customers you are going to loose many.

Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the connectivity issues were resolved after the Network Provider , Vumatel restored the link and the Vox router has been replaced.
