Fibre from Hell
Nothing is as stressful as having to seek support from VOX. I believe I have received better customer service from government institutions. I spoke to a consultant today at 8:30am whom I advised that I was not home however could contact someone who is currently at home and the consultant has still not called meaning no ticket has been logged yet. Not forgetting it takes Vox and Vumatel decades to resolve a query.
