Fibre Down 5days and Counting

Between Vox and Frogfoot day 5 fibre is down and no where closer to a answer to the solution , made working at home a nightmare this week, Vox blames Frogfoot at the end of the day they are the service provider so they are responsible. So paying for a service that I am not receiving.
