Hi, im so disappointed with vox service. A guy came to our complex and told us about their fibre that would cost us R399 a month and offered a free trial for a mont which we worked perfectly fine then we took thr offer. June was our first month registered with vox and my husband made a payment if R399 as per agreement only to find that we're not connected and if we call we get told that we're supposed to pay R500. As a result we're still not connected.
