Fiber line held ransom

We have just moved into the new place and a fiber line has already been installed. We specifically chose this house due to having a line installed however it turned out that the line is still active and now being held ransom by Vox due to the previous tenant not paying his bills. I do not agree with this type of account management (*********) and will out of principle not work with a company that operates like this. Sort out your own account issues and don't expect other people to do it for you!!
