Few days activated ans R843 debited from my account

I've been activated the 18th Nov 2020 and R843 was deducted today it's hasn't been 2weeks get and this is my bill. My first few days with them and this amount was deducted I'm super ****ed off because it took me forever to get things installed now I'm activated a few days and a debit order has gone off!!!!!

BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!
