Fat-Pipe Fibre Bundle Failure

We waited two months longer than promised. We then got a link. We were then told their pricing structure had changed and one of the free services we wanted was no longer available, and because we had not signed for that order (because we were waiting for the install to be completed), there was nothing they could do. We were then told their pricing structure had changed and one of the free services we wanted was no longer available, and because we had not signed for that order (because we were waiting for the install to be completed), there was nothing they could do. Their technical support team kept refusing to help us with advice on how to best setup our equipment to work on their network. It took about a week to get our networks online the way we wanted it to work, with no help from VOX. We then had continuous problems with their router. When we had issues with their router, they refused to acknowledge the fault or take responsibility. VOX cited that because there was traffic that it was usable and they cant credit us for the downtime we had with our server.

Because of the terrible service, bad turnaround times and failure to communicate properly and do follow-ups in time, we decided to NOT use the VOICE COMPONENT of the bundle with VOX.

We kept our ADSL service as their router kept giving us issues and was unsuitable to use for our server. It took a month to get a technician to come out and change the router. They sent us what seemed to be a previously-used router. which they couldn't get to work until the next day.

We had to opt to use our own routers. Up until today we are using our own routers and theirs (VOX) is lying here collecting dust.

We were promised 10 Sim Cards with 2GB of Data for free, it has been months now that we are waiting for these SIM cards.

They do not want to respond now, they were still "trying" to get us a credit for the downtime, in that time, our account went to '60 days overdue' and now they say because of this they cant pass a credit nor supply us with the SIM cards. So basically "we cant help you because of a problem that we caused" is their current attitude and they don't seem to want to reply to our emails.

They are quick to pass the buck off to the end user.

If we didn't take matters into our own hands, we'd probably still be using our ADSL line.

VOX Has been given the relevant details yet they still have not done anything. All we got from VOX was a notice that they will be suspending our account in a few days time.

While this team is looking into this problem..... Our account got suspended and so did all our services. We have gone back to Afrihost. Great job that all you VOX teams have done.

Good afternoon,

as per feedback received from Michelle, all of the technical queries have been resolved. The only thing outstanding is your credit, and we can assure you that our team is attending to it.

Thank you.

Regards,

Vox

This is grossly misleading. VOX has disconnected all our services, suspended our account and sent us a letter of demand. No credit has been passed and you'll are demanding payment? We cant have any technical issues if the entire service has been disconnected.

Good afternoon,

As per feedback we have received your Accounts Manager is in direct contact with the Directors. 1 weeks credit has been approved and is reflecting in your account. Receipt of your cancellation has been received and therefore the penalty costs are being discussed with your Directors as an email has been sent to inform you that there will be penalties for cancellation.

Your query regarding the sim cards were resolved and we have also assisted with the Domains and DNS Settings. We have been informed that you will be in further communication with the The Account Manager by Friday.

Regards,

Vox
