Fat pipe business with 5 Static IP

We as a business with 25 employees have a fat pipe business 12 month contract with Vox. For that we get 5 Static IP Addresses and 75 Gig of Data. With the contract Vox supply their own router for witch only they have all the admin passwords to setup and maintain the router, data and Static IP connections.<br> The contract is now 5 months old. In the 5 months of Contract we had only 2 months of service.<br> It took Vox, after we signed the contract, two and a half months to setup the modem and deliver it. <br> <br> Two weeks ago the Vox supp**** router went down. We called Vox informing them that their supp**** router is out of order. It took Vox Three days to decide they have to replace their supp**** router at our office. It is now Two weeks later and still we have not received any replacement router from them. Now multiply in business terms our losses, which is 25 people with no internet = no email connection. We have a onsite web server connected to the static IP which is no down for two weeks = no service - no website. <br> <br> Good advice - If you are a business looking for a Internet service provider - seriously give Vox a Pass. They cost you money and give your much loved business a bad name.
