False promises and bad service

Its worst Service ever seen, My account activated from 1st Dec-2020, But they are charging from October-2020. I sent many emails to them sort it out. No replies from anybody. The one who is dealing with my Account she is not even answering my phone calls. And they send me a suspension notice to stop the service.
