False or incomplete information given

I app**** for a 100mbps download and 10mbps upload fibre to my home. The reason for the 100mbps is because there are at least 13 devices connected to the network at any given time. The applic!tion was approved and the installation was done. Here is where it became interesting. Nowhere was it mentioned that the 100mbps would only be availabe on 5ghz signal with VERY limited range. Apparently 10m radius which is also false as I do not have a connection 5m away! Fibre? They are giving you false hope and withold critical information which will affect your descision to get fibre!
