False marketing ****

What a disappointment and false marketing... According to my contract, I am on a month to month contract. Currently paying R699 for a 20/10 line. Now they are advertising the same line size for R495. Phoned head office, and they confirmed I can do a package swop, to the new price. They will phone me back before CoB 2022.03.24. Never phoned me back, and when I phoned again today to confirm the package swop, I am told by the Bloemfontein branch that this new price is only for new members and no existing members have the chance to move to this new pricing option. Nowhere on the pamphlet was this fine print given. Sincerely disappointed with this false marketing **** they are currently running.
