False Adverti*****t and Hidden Cancellation Fee

I took a month-to-month contract with Vox and nowhere was it said that I would have to pay R2377 for cancelling the WiFi. I took it in February 2020 and cancelled it in January 2021. What is this? I do not recommend their services. I give them a solid 0/10
