FALSE ADVERTI*****T

Hi, On April i accepted the 2mnths free special which was supposed to cover May and June, but i got a statement saying i owe you guys, i then spoke to Lisa who is the sales lady who assisted me who then assured me that its your mistake that side and you are busy sorting it out she even sent me proof of communication, i have attached the conversation.They even assured me it will be sorted because its guys's mix up. This morning got a call from the bank that you guys have debited my account even after you have assured me that you will sort it out i am really ****ed by this level of unprofessionalism and false adverti*****t i am going to report you to the ombudsman because you cant fool us telling us its a 2 month special while you ***** from us especially while we all suffering due to the covid-19, we had lots of people from our complex who wanted to join you guys but will definitely let them know how you all *****ed us.
