FALSE ADVERTISING ON THE VOX WEBSITE

VOX advertises loud and clear "FREE INSTALLATION". Do not be fooled. It is NOT free. On top of it, we were promised free installation and at no stage were we made aware of possible costs. They are not the most professional people i have come across and we have now cancelled our order with them. No communication is not good and trying to pull wool over one's eyes with dishonest advertising - saying the host must be paid directly, makes VOX look innocent. This is blatant false advertising !!!
