**** Promise Optic Fiber 5 MB broadband Internet

The Sales rep of Vox Telecom promise me i will get a lot faster internet speed than Telekom SA. I was use to pay +- R 700 for ADSL connection to Telekom. Now i am paying R 3500 to Vox Telecom and i am not even getting half of the speed. Vox Telecom promise my if i am not happy with speed i can cancel the contract anytime. But i have to sign the contract for installation purpose. I sign the contract and realize that i made a big mistake. <br> On Top of it now my internet is not working. I reported the fault and still battling to get it right. Many call centers and many people are keep on calling and sending me funny language email. According to that what i understand i must be a rocket scientist to solve my problems. <br>
