Failure to backup mission critical Email server

Vox forgot to backup or simply stopped backing up an email server hosted with them. The DB got ******* and there was no way to restore the companies emails. This would have put this client out of business. Even after the incident we had to repeatedly ask them to setup the backups. James Smith head of sales could not care less about your business.
