Failure to allocate my payment leads to threatening emails at 3am

Please check your records before sending threatening demands at this time of the night.

I am extremely disappointed in the mannet that you continue to harass me.

I have called your company numerous times, confirmed that my proof of payments were indeed received. Yet my services were disconnected last week Wednesday. Upon calling I was promised that the payments will be allocated to credit my account as the proof of payments had been received, but just sitting unattended to.

Refrain threatening to take legal action against me when there's been no effeciency in your company in resolving this matter.

It really warrants one to question my affiliation with such a company, when I am treated like an inadequate, worthless and clearly just a number.
