Extremely poor service Technical Support

Hi,

Two weeks ago I complained about waiting too long for my TP-Link extenders to be installed. Now they are install and one is not working properly.

I have been calling Vox for the past 7 days and 8 calls counting this mornings. I have been promised that Technician will come. Everytime I call it's the same story and ending with "Sorry sir". Please check my recordings(if you guys actually listen to them anyways).

I have never seen such a poor service in my life. you have call center working better than your network.
