Extremely poor service from Vox Telecom

Extremely poor service from Vox.

They tell me that my email account is on hold because it has not been transferred from the company the acquired to Vox. They suspend my account in the process and my emails are bouncing. Why should their processes inconvenience me.

Spoke to a few consultants in technical, account and sales, and went through the confirmation process but my account is still on hold.
