Extremely poor service

I have tried to contact Vox numerous times with no response. They just drop the phone on my ear. I have a sales order on the 27 of August and I need my Fibre and when I want to cancel and go thro h someone else I still cannot get hold of them. Very disappointed with the service received. There is also a miscommunication between them and vumatel saying they are waiting on a response from them but vumatel is aying they are waiting for Vox
