Extremely poor service

I've been a customer since June 2019. I've moved and requested my line be moved firstly they do not discuss cost of line transfer secondly the transfer of the line was a total mess up then they blamed Vuma. Then they force the monies from you by threathing to cut services. I have sent mails to their holding companies as this is not my first bad experience with Vox. Poor , poor service.
