Extremely Poor Service

The customer service and urgency to solve my issues was nonexistent. I have been without an internet connection since 25/09/2018, it is now the 02/10/2018 and no one can troubleshoot accurately enough figure out what’s wrong nor have they contacted me with arrangements to get this fixed. I have called the customer care everyday and the feedback that I get is pathetic. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now, but this type of service has me seriously reconsidering my internet service provider.
