Extremely poor aftersales service and support
Pathetic Service. Use to be one of the best 2 years ago but service has shockingly declined. Struggling to get my internet going for the past 2 days and nobody responds past a ticket number issued. Can't wait to leave and move on to another ISP. Will strongly encourage not to go with Vox.
