Extremely horrible poor service.
Extremely poor service I wish we never signed up with Vox. They keep putting cancelation fees on our account then deactivating our connection. When you phone for assistance your query will still not be resolved. This company really doesn't care about customer service and satisfaction. Maybe it's time to consult consumer protection.
