Extremely delayed service and no return communication

I requested over 2 weeks ago with numerous emails and no response to have my wifi connected. It's impossible to get through to anyone and they never return your calls etc. It's disappointing because they came so highly recommended... I'm a possible new client and this is already the service I'm having to deal with. If you are unable to provide a fast and efficient service rather be upfront and tell your clients that there will be a frustratingly long waiting period.

I've now been sitting with a Fibre box ready for over 2 weeks and nothing.?

Will you be connecting my wifi or should I look at another provider...?
